The best smoothness of fluororesin sheet is depending on carefully selected materials and SFS's superior lining technique and QC.

The fiberglass backing sheet remains in good condition and fully adhered to the tank wall.

After 5 years, no anomalies were found in the APV experiments.

Even with highly permeation-resistant fluoropolymers, variations in permeation performance can occur.

To ensure superior performance, we conduct accelerated tests using
98percent concentrated nitric acid.

We place test tanks and panels outdoors to evaluate both material and construction quality.

After 1.5 years two summers of immersion testing, the materials and construction quality selected by SFS performed exceptionally well, maintaining excellent conditions.

Being a high-strength fiberglass backing sheet is one of the key performance for being a good lining sheet.

If the fiberglass backing sheet is not tightly laminated with the liner sheet layer, the lining adhesiveness cannot be ensured at curved and/or bending points. Furthermore, excellent lining technology including welding ability are required to keep the lining conformity and stability at the points particularly.
